One team remains accountable from design through implementation.

LCS brings together the specialists required by the countries, product and operating model. We set the scope after reviewing the existing process and current exposure.

How LCS builds European operations

1. Establish control

We confirm the commercial objective, decision authority, current process and immediate exposure. In a failed operation, the first task is to protect continuity and identify the responsible interface.

2. Design and test

We define the logistics network, fiscal interfaces, provider roles and escalation rules. The proposed operation is checked against real orders and exceptions before implementation.

3. Launch and correct early failures

LCS appoints providers, manages onboarding and directs the launch. Early failures are corrected while the process is still under close supervision.

4. Continue 4PL management where needed

If the client retains LCS for ongoing 4PL management, we monitor the operation, assign corrective actions and manage changes in volume, countries or providers.

When to involve LCS

  • Direct access to the decision-maker
  • Authority to inspect the complete process
  • A European operation with enough expected scale to justify the work
  • Access to the records and providers that create fiscal exposure
