Restore control when a European operation stalls.

LCS identifies the failed interface, assigns decision rights and directs the recovery. The corrected process is implemented and tested before normal operations resume.

European operational recovery

Keep unaffected shipments moving

We identify the failure point and assign immediate decision rights. Shipments that can proceed safely are separated from those affected by the incident, keeping the recovery focused on the blocked flow.

Correct the failed interface

A blocked export, failed 3PL handover or compliance incident often starts at the boundary between two responsibilities. LCS corrects that part of the process, names its owner and directs the providers and internal teams through one recovery plan.

Test before returning to normal

We run the corrected process and verify the documents at each handover. Normal operations resume once the corrected handover has been tested and the gap has a named owner.

When to involve LCS

  • Customs clearance or exports are blocked
  • A 3PL relationship is failing
  • A compliance issue threatens continued operation
  • A launch or customer commitment is at risk
